In addition to our standard range of processed cheese preparation machines and equipment, scansteel foodtech A/S develops individually tailor-made machines and equipment in co-operation with our customers. scansteel foodtech A/S manufactures and supplies a range of cheese extruders, model MGX 250/300/400, respectively. The extruder series delivers a high product surface area combined with a high capacity output. Additionally, the extruder series is, as standard, equipped with foreign matter separation.
Further to our range of cheese extruders model MGX, we also manufacture and supply a final emulsifier FE 250 to the processed cheese preparation industry. Typically, this final emulsifier is used for final emulsifying of emulsions, where particle size reduction needs to be at its maximum.
